List all of the following jobs you would be interested in undertaking for the production of the Friday Show *

Producer: The person who's generally in charge of the entire production is the Producer. This person develops and organizes programs and is responsible for overseeing scripting, story development, segments and overseeing field production and editing. This person is the chief honcho, the team leader, the person who works with the writers, decides on the key talent, hires the Director, and guides the general direction of the production. Responsibilities: Keeping everyone on task, Making sure everything is set up, You are responsible for the quality and integrity of the broadcast. Editing of the final product.

Technical Director: operates the video switcher. The Technical Director, or TD, is also responsible for coordinating the technical aspects of the production. Responsibilities: Incorporating live graphics, Live video mixing, Troubleshooting Video. Location: Control Room Mixer

Floor Manager-Floor managers ensure that sets, props and technical equipment are safe, ready to use and in the right position prior to filming. In studio settings, the floor manager is the link between the Producer and the studio. The floor manager is responsible for passing on cues to presenters and guests to ensure timings are met and the broadcast goes smoothly. Responsibilities: Taking Directions from the Producer, Directing Talent, Organize Studio, Prepare Paperwork, Bulletin or Teleprompter, Ensuring Anchors are looking at the right camera. Location: Studio

Anchor: A News Anchor is the most prominent figure on any newscast. At most stations the Anchor has a myriad of duties along with presenting the news. Before each newscast the anchor will not only write stories but proofread copy and edit it to his or her own reading style. The Anchor also works with Producers during the construction of the newscast. While the News Anchor must be a skilled reader, the person must also be adept at ad-libbing during breaking and when things go wrong. Weekend, Morning and Noon Anchors may have a more hands-on role in producing and writing their newscasts. Responsibilities: Write Script, Work with Diana Vita on Bulletin items, Pre-read news, Practice presentation, Present the news, Take direction from Floor Director, Maintain broadcast integrity. Location: Studio
