Six Minute Sex Ed helps people talk openly about sex and relationships, created by Kim Cavill, Sex Education Teacher. Level one episodes cover the basics, Level Two episodes are more complex. Six Minute Sex Ed is inclusive, informative, and sex positive. You can find Six Minute Sex Ed wherever you get your podcasts and also at www.teaandintimacy.com.
It is only six minutes and I listen to episodes while working out. It is often ideas covered in my classes and it is nice to hear another voice speaking on the subject of sexual health.

This assignment has been added to your Google Health Folder. You can just type write into the document in your heath folder.
Record what you eat for three days. Write down everything, and about how much. Use numbers (1 sandwich), sizes (small drink), or words such as a “bottle” or “bag.” Be sure to include items such as mayonnaise, sauces, milk on cereal and beverages. Mark in each category how many servings you had of each food group in that meal. At the end of the three days, answer the reflection questions below.
