There is no formal weight training lifting program while we are not in school. Please try to get at least an hour of physical activity per day. Anything counts. Take the dog for a walk, shoot some hoops, planks, pushups, etc.

Attached are 2 links. One is to the daily activity log that you will use to enter the amount of time that you are active each day. The other link is a youtube video that will give you an idea of the kind of bodyweight exercises you may be doing while you don’t have access to a weight room.

I realize this is an unusual time. Do what you can to stay active but most importantly stay safe.
